In 2007, The Dedham Exchange hosted the Convention of The Federation of Woman's Exchanges. There are currently twenty Exchanges in the United States. The Federation meets annually to share ideas, successes and challenges.

The delegates have the opportunity to view the best-selling handcrafted items of other Exchanges and participate in a group discussion about operating and sustaining these gift shops in the current marketplace.
